All items within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and $50.00 of insurance. If you would like Express Delivery or additional Insurance, please let me know as I will charge an additional fee for these services.

Givewave Studios is not responsible for items lost or broken once shipped. Claims can be filed with the USPS for lost/broken packages. The shop will, of course, help in the process of filing a claim and do all it can to gain a refund through USPS or work with you on a solution. This is for US buyers only due to insurance and tracking being optional for International buyers.

International orders are shipped First Class International Mail unless a prior agreement is reached.

We will not mark an item as “Gift” for Customs purposes. Please be aware that your country may charge additional fees when the item arrives. The buyer is responsible for all additional fees. Shipping overseas can take up to 6 weeks depending on country and Customs.

Once an item leaves our care GiveWave studios is no longer responsible for the state of the item upon delivery. Any damage occurred during transit should be taken up with the carrier. Returns for damaged goods are not accepted. When your item arrives, make sure you inspect it right away to make sure it is rightfully what you ordered. If you feel item was grossly misrepresented & or something described in the listing was missing, please reach to us via contact form ASAP to discuss. Customer has a 7 day window to request a return/exchange. We will work with you to get as close to 100% satisfaction as possible. You can also email [email protected] for any issues. Keep in mind It is ALWAYS important to read the description FULLY before purchasing and always feel free to ask any questions prior to your purchase to make sure you understanding exactly what you are buying. Communication is key with all orders and inquiries will be replied to usually within 48hrs or less. If you receive your item and want to return because you expected something else, you most likely did not read the listing, and will not be eligible for refund/return/exchange. This term excludes made to order/custom physical orders. On any return, shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for shipping the item back to GiveWave Studios.

If we decide on an exchange, I will accept the item and send the new item (minus shipping of course) as long as:

1. You contact me within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Items(s) must
be returned within 5 days of receipt of delivery in the same box & packed
the same way.

Ex : if item was shipped priority, then your item is to be shipped priority back to GiveWave Studios. Customer assumes responsibility of return shipping fess & will contact via email or contact form to inform that the package was shipped & provide a tracking number. Only once the returned item(s) are received in the same manner and condition that it/they were received will the new exchanged item/ items leave the studio to you.

2. The item is returned in the same condition as it was when purchased. If the parts are bent, paint scratched…or other issues, we will get in touch to discuss these Issues prior to sending the new item(s).

If you live in an apartment, or you have concerns for your item (box) being left
unattended, please advise, so that we can add signature confirmation to
your shipping cost. We will not be held responsible for items that are stolen. Please do not let your item sit in the hot sun, or rain as it could damage certain items.

It is very important to inspect each item upon receipt, and if anything is amiss please contact us ASAP so that any issues can be addressed.


Please be aware the carrier will require to see the box & a picture of the damaged item(s) in order to process a ” damage claim”. Please save ALL original packing materials and box with label. THESE ITEMS ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO REFUND MONEY FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

Please be aware, if a claim is processed you will be reimbursed by the carrier for the amount of the insured ($50.00) item(s) not including your shipping cost. If you receive an item that is damaged or broken during transit, Givewave Studios will need to be notified within 2 days of the delivery date. Again, Givewave Studios will help with the claim process, but it must be started by you through USPS. You will be responsible for letting the shop know and taking over the claim as soon as possible This is required by USPS. Thank you for understanding.


If you are an international buyer, please understand once the package leaves the shop’s possession it is no longer responsible for your item, lost items rarely happen. It is expensive to insure, get confirmation, or send priority mail overseas. Please keep in mind that Customs can hold your package up to 8 weeks. Your patience is appreciated.

Additionally, all customs fees (taxes) for International orders are the responsibility of the buyer, this is also the case on returned goods, if you are sending a returned item, you should mark the custom form with ‘RETURNED GOODS’ under the column for ‘value’ you should state ‘NA’ – (not applicable) if the return good has a value and customs charges me to collect the item, the shop will pass this fee onto the customer ie: the customs charges will be deducted from the final refund.

For expedited shipping or priority shipping overseas, Givewave Studios is not responsible for lost items. The shop will work with you to figure out what may have gone wrong, but will not ship a free item, nor will a refund (partial or full) be given for lost items. In the case of damage to a received item, depending on the extent, the shop will cover half of the standard shipping fees to have the item returned but the customer is responsible for the full cost of re-shipping out of the US. I use Eco-friendly packing materials. Most boxes are recycled boxes that are in very good condition/clean and can be used again. I usually use paper stuffing, foam or bubblewrap to pack all props and other items.
